1) The Triple Choc Mini Egg babka, with chocolate ganache and cornflake nests (with mini eggs of course!)

2) The Hot Cross Bun Pudding babka, with hot cross spices, handmade mixed peel, earl grey soaked sultana/raisins. Halfway through baking this wreath gets an infused cream bath - giving it a softer pudding like texture.
